USE

Aromatherapy properties:

• when diffused or inhaled from the bottle, reduces stress, anxiety, nervous tension;
• provides energy, joy and optimism;
• activates the body's defense functions, recommended to diffuse during seasonal changes;
• when used at home - eliminates unpleasant odors, freshens spaces, disinfects surfaces. Especially recommended when you need to remove unpleasant smoke odors.

Perfumery properties:

• lemon scent is very fresh, light, sour-sharp, as characteristic of this fruit;
• blends perfectly with other citrus oils - lime, orange or grapefruit essential oils;
• in perfumes, it is mostly used as a top note that can stimulate and awaken the sense of smell from the very first inhalation. Lemon note, like many other top notes, is quite short-lasting.

Phototoxic, therefore better not to use on the skin.

For pregnant women: effects have not been fully studied, therefore we recommend consulting a doctor aromatherapist before use.

For children: safe to use from 2 years of age.

The main rule of aromatherapy – less is more, i.e. essential oils work better in small doses.
