Considering the cultivation and complex weeding characteristics of peppermint, we recommend always choosing and using organic peppermint essential oil, which is distilled from plants grown without pesticides, weeded by hand rather than sprayed.

USE

Aromatherapy properties:

• tones, awakens mental alertness, invigorates, improves mood;

• at home, eliminates unpleasant odors, freshens spaces, gives laundry a fresh scent;

• when used for massage, relaxes tired, tense, painful muscles;

• relieves breathing, when vaporized or inhaled during a cold.

Perfumery properties:

• fresh, cool, candy-sweet, deep and strongly minty aroma with powerful menthol and a sweet balsamic undertone can be used both in aromatherapy products and in natural perfumery.

SAFETY!

Must be diluted. Maximum concentration on skin 5.4%

Should not be used together with homeopathic medicines as it may weaken their effect;

Do not use in the evenings as it may interfere with falling asleep.

For pregnant women: effects have not been fully studied, therefore we recommend consulting a doctor aromatherapist before use.

For children: not used for children under 2 years.

The main rule of aromatherapy – less is more, i.e. essential oils work better in small doses.
