The citron is the ancestor of all citrus fruits, known and used since antiquity. It resembles large green lemons, has more peel than pulp and has a sour-bitter taste.
USAGE
Aromatherapeutic properties:
citron essential oil can lift the mood;
helps to combat anxiety, emotional fatigue;

Perfumery properties:
in perfumery it gives an interesting, crisp sweet citrus fruit aroma;
helps to breathe life into gloomy chords, complements and revitalises floral chords. As versatile as bergamot, but with a less recognisable aroma.
