USE
Aromatherapy properties:
promotes joy, stimulates, gives energy, when diffused in the morning together with rosemary essential oil helps overcome fatigue, prepare for a productive workday;
improves emotional state, especially valuable for those determined to lose weight, as it clears the mind, helps regulate appetite.
Perfumery properties:
the main component of grapefruit essential oil, like other citrus essential oils (except bergamot), is limonene. Limonene is responsible for the juicy freshness of citrus fruits;
in botanical perfumery, grapefruit is a bright and refreshing top perfume note, somewhat reminiscent of bitter orange, but with a softer, gentler aroma;
blends perfectly with pretentious floral scents such as geranium or tuberose, and harmonizes them. It is a dynamic, fruitfully joyful, inspiring, sparkling aroma that also has a bitter note;
grapefruit aroma gives a fragrance composition a sense of freshness and coolness, making it especially suitable for creating summer perfumes.
