Natural vanillin isolate is one of the most sought-after natural fragrances. It is valued for its subtle and light aroma. This isolate is primarily characterized by a gourmand, gentle, nose-caressing sweet caramel scent. But don’t think this fragrance will make your head spin. Quite the opposite! The longer your nose smells this aroma, the more pleasant it becomes. It is like a blend of vanilla ice cream, chocolate, and amber caramel that makes the heart melt.

Vanillin isolate also stands out because its scent is exceptionally pure, even, and at the same time pleasantly intoxicating. Because of these properties, perfumers often replace vanilla absolute with it to achieve lighter, slightly sweet, and powdery tones. The most beautiful notes of vanillin isolate reveal themselves “in harmony” with vanilla, chocolate, coconut, and cocoa scents.

Also, when using vanillin isolate, it is important to keep it warm. At low temperatures it begins to crystallize.
