It is very important not to confuse clary sage (Salvia sclarea) essential oil with common sage (Salvia officinalis), which is rich in ketones and therefore is almost never used in aromatherapy. Therefore, when purchasing, be sure to pay attention to the Latin name of the plant from which the essential oil was extracted.
USAGE
Aromatherapeutic properties:
- reduces stress, anxiety, improves mood;
- helps to recover emotionally faster after childbirth, overcome mood swings;
- useful for those feeling constant fatigue, weakness;
- recommended for use in cases of delayed menstruation (massage with diluted clary sage oil);

Perfumery properties:
