3. Data Processing via MakeCommerce

3.1. Payments on our website are processed by MakeCommerce, operated by UAB “Maksekeskus”, legal entity code 303066527, address Paupio g. 50-136, LT-11341 Vilnius, Lithuania, website: https://makecommerce.net.
3.2. When the Buyer chooses to pay via MakeCommerce, the following data is transferred to UAB “Maksekeskus” for payment processing and security purposes: name, surname, order number, amount, email address, and IP address.
3.3. UAB “Maksekeskus” processes this data as an independent data controller in accordance with its privacy policy:

3.4. Data transfer to MakeCommerce is necessary to process the payment and confirm the order. Without this transfer, payment cannot be completed.
3.5. The Buyer’s payment details (e.g., card number, bank login credentials) are not accessible to the Seller and are processed only through the secure MakeCommerce payment infrastructure.

4. Data Retention

4.1. The Buyer’s data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the order and comply with legal obligations.
4.2. Payment-related data is stored in accordance with the retention periods set by MakeCommerce and applicable legal requirements.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

5.1. The Buyer’s data may be disclosed only to:

  • delivery service providers such as Omniva, DPD, LP Express, etc.;

  • the payment service provider UAB “Maksekeskus” (MakeCommerce);

  • accounting service providers;

6.1. The Buyer has the right to:

  • request correction of inaccurate data;

  • lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate at www.vdai.lrv.lt.
